Account and service email
While you have an account, we email you what you need to use it safely: confirmations, password resets, sign-in links, security notices when something changes on your account, billing receipts and notices about the service itself. You agreed to these when you signed up, and they stop when you delete your account.
Marketing email
Product news and offers go only to people who ticked the separate box for them, which is never ticked for you. Every marketing email names us, gives our mailing address, says why you are receiving it and has a link to stop. We stop within 10 business days of your request, as Canada's anti-spam law requires, and usually at once. We keep a record of each consent: the words, the version, the time and where it was given.
Mail we carry for you
Mail we forward to you or send from your domain is your correspondence, not our messages. On the free plan we add one short line naming JULY Email to the mail you send, which paid plans remove.
Text messages
JULY Email sends no text messages.
