Terms of Service

1. The service
JULY Email forwards mail sent to addresses on domains you control to inboxes you choose, lets you send and reply as those addresses, and offers optional AI assistance that places summaries and suggested replies as drafts in your own mailbox. You must own or control every domain you connect.
2. Accounts and plans
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Plan features, limits, and prices are described on the pricing page; the free plan adds a short JULY Email line to outgoing messages, which paid plans remove. Outbound sending unlocks after payment verification, an anti-abuse measure; inbound forwarding always works. We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
3. Acceptable use
No spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing, malware, impersonation of others, illegal content, or use of purchased or scraped recipient lists. JULY Email is a personal and business correspondence service: cold outreach campaigns, commercial mail to recipients who have not consented, and email warming or reputation farming are not permitted. Outbound volume is rate-limited per plan. We may suspend sending or terminate accounts that endanger deliverability for everyone else, and we comply with the acceptable use policies of our infrastructure providers.
4. Your data
Our handling of mail, Google user data, and account information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You keep all rights to your mail and your domains; you grant us only the operational permission to route, buffer briefly, and (when you enable it) process messages with AI on your behalf.
5. Availability and disclaimers
Email depends on systems beyond our control (DNS, receiving providers, spam filters). The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or delivery. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Danger zone). We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, routing stops and stored data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Questions: hello@julyemail.com. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
